libcamera-info-manager-dev software package provides Robot OS camera_info_manager package - development, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcamera-info-manager-dev
libcamera-info-manager-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcamera-info-manager-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcamera-info-manager-dev *
You will get with libcamera-info-manager-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
